Products in backorder
If our ring is not in stock, we will advise you of this backorder. As soon as this rings lands in our warehouse – we will ship this to you. Please note, that all rings are handmade – and we will try to deliver asap!
Amending or Cancelling an order
If you would like to amend your order, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that PNT ApS is unable to cancel or amend an order once it has been shipped out, in such cases you will have to return the product to us after receiving it for a refund.
Local Duties and taxes
All prices are inclusive of VAT. For some countries outside the EU additional costs such as customs charges or other local taxes may apply, please check with your local authorities.
You can pay for your online order in following currencies:

We accept credit card payment with Visa and MasterCard.
Secure payment processing
All payments made on the website are encrypted using secure PCI certified technology administrated by DIBS Payment Services. No information about your credit card or PayPal account will be stored. The payment for your SAMARI product/order will be charged by PNT ApS.
Coupon codes and Giftcard
Enter your Coupon Code or Add Gift Card number in the Checkout. The discount will automatically be calculated. Discounts are never, if not otherwise stated, applicable to products already on sale/offers. Gift cards only work in the correspondent currency and are non refundable for cash. All gift card codes are case sensitive, so please be careful with uppercase or lowercase letters when entering the code.
You will receive an email that confirms successful payment. If you have any problems processing your payment online or are not certain if your payment was successful please send an email to email@example.com
We will only claim payment after goods are sent to you.
Warranty & Repair
2-Year International Warranty
Samari provides a 2-year International warranty valid from the date of our original Invoice. The warranty covers manufacturing details which are 100% from our side. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of ring. Samari.me will pay for repair costs covered by the warranty during the 2 year period. In the event of malfunction – this is not covered by the warranty, we will provide a price estimate before carrying out any necessary repairs.
Normal wear and tear is inevitable. The item will only perform to the way in which it is treated.
Errors and Omissions
In the case of errors or omissions on the Samari website we reserve the right to refund your order prior to the goods being dispatched.
PNT ApS reserve the right to cancel any order if the product is no longer available. In such cases you will be notified and repaid in full for the total cost of the order and the shipping.
Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of Samari products are correct. The colours shown on the website are a close representation, but slight variations in the actual product colours may occur due to different screen resolutions and browsers.
